To ensure your date is reserved, a signed contract and deposit are required. Unfortunately, we are unable to temporarily hold dates without a deposit.
We accept bookings as far in advance as you'd like to plan! We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date.
Chatelet can comfortably accommodate up to 300 guests for a standing reception. For seated events, the capacity may vary slightly based on layout and other arrangements.
To give you complete creative freedom, we do not offer in-house catering. You are welcome to bring in the caterer of your choice. For their convenience, we provide a fully-equipped catering kitchen.
We do not provide in-house bar services.
Your rental includes tables, chairs, and basic linens for your guest tables. We handle the setup and breakdown of these items prior to your arrival.
Our team will set up the tables, chairs, and linens according to your chosen floor plan. Clients are responsible for the setup and cleanup of all other items, including decor, catering, and entertainment equipment.
The venue is equipped with a built-in sound system for your convenience. Projectors, screens, and other A/V equipment can be brought in by you or your chosen vendor.
All events must conclude by midnight to comply with local ordinances.
We offer 20 dedicated parking spaces on-site, with ample additional street parking available in the surrounding area. For larger events, we are happy to coordinate with a valet service upon request.
Yes, Chatelet is fully wheelchair accessible to ensure a comfortable experience for all your guests.
All deposits and payments made are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, any amounts paid will be retained as liquidated damages.
