- How can I secure a date for our event?
- To ensure your date is reserved, a signed contract and deposit are required. Unfortunately, we are unable to temporarily hold dates without a deposit.
- What is your booking timeline?
- We accept bookings as far in advance as you'd like to plan! We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date.
- What is the venue's capacity?
- Chatelet can comfortably accommodate up to 300 guests for a standing reception. For seated events, the capacity may vary slightly based on layout and other arrangements.
- What catering options are available?
- To give you complete creative freedom, we do not offer in-house catering. You are welcome to bring in the caterer of your choice. For their convenience, we provide a fully-equipped catering kitchen.
- What is your alcohol and bar policy?
- We do not provide in-house bar services.
- What furniture and linens are included?
- Your rental includes tables, chairs, and basic linens for your guest tables. We handle the setup and breakdown of these items prior to your arrival.
- Who is responsible for setup and cleanup?
- Our team will set up the tables, chairs, and linens according to your chosen floor plan. Clients are responsible for the setup and cleanup of all other items, including decor, catering, and entertainment equipment.
- What A/V equipment is available?
- The venue is equipped with a built-in sound system. Projectors, screens, and other A/V equipment can be brought in by you or your chosen vendor.
- What are your event end times?
- All events must conclude by midnight to comply with local ordinances.
- Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
- Yes, Chatelet is fully wheelchair accessible to ensure a comfortable experience for all your guests.
