These Terms of Service govern your use of chatelet-dallas.com (the “site”), which is operated by 975 Zang LLC (“we”, “us”) for Châtelet Dallas, the event venue at 975 N Zang Blvd, Dallas, TX 75208, United States. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About the site

The site provides information about Châtelet and lets you enquire about events, request a private tour and subscribe to our emails. Descriptions of the venue, its spaces, capacity, amenities and services are given in good faith but are general information. They can change, and they are not an offer or a guarantee of availability.

Enquiries and bookings

Sending an enquiry or tour request does not reserve a date or create a booking. A booking is confirmed only when you and 975 Zang LLC sign a written event agreement and any required deposit is paid. That agreement, not these terms, governs your event, including pricing, payment, cancellation, and the rules for using the venue.

Your use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

• submit false information or information about someone else without their permission;
• send spam or automated submissions through our forms;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, or disrupt how they work; or
• copy or scrape the site’s content for commercial use.

The site’s content, including its text, photographs, videos, logos and design, belongs to 975 Zang LLC or to the people who licensed it to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
